An anatomical atlas in fourteen plates, engraved with great skill and great care, depicting a body that is almost but not quite human. The differences are small. Medical readers find them within a minute. Non-medical readers find them within a minute as well, and cannot say what they found.

· One additional bone, unnamed, in the wrist.
· The heart is correct. The description of the heart is correct. They describe different organs.
· Plate IX shows a structure with no corresponding entry in the index.
· The index has an entry with no corresponding structure. The entry is for the reader.
⚠ Plate XI has been removed from display. It was found to be a mirror.
